A PASSIONATE APPEAL FOR STAKEHOLDERS SUPPORT

The All Progressive Congress in Enugu State is at a threshold of breakthrough in her quest to wrestle power from the incumbent People’s Democratic Party in the State.

An uncommon feat achieved by the state Chairman, Barr Ugo Agballa led Executive. This wouldn’t have been possible without a fearless, dogged grassroot mobilizer like Barr Ugo Agballa as the captain.
Recall that PDP has been in power for over Twenty Five years.
It’s in view of the aforementioned, that I passionately call on all the APC Stakeholders in the State and Federal, including His Excellency, Gov. Hope Uzodinma, His Excellency. Dave Umahi and all the SE party leaders and national executive body led by His Excellency. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje to unite in solidarity and support the State Chairman to break the jinx and capture Enugu State for the party.
Many thanks to Hon. Uche Nnaji for his unalloyed support and solidarity to the party and the State executive.
Enugu State is so strategic to be in opposition with the party at the center. Every aggrieved party faithfuls should sheath their Sword maka odinma ndi Enugu and let’s unite in one purpose.
I recall with nostalgia the first time I met Barr Ugo Agballa through late Dr. Paulinus Aguodoh, during the build up to the 2003 general election.
It’s not a doubt that Barr Ugo Agballa has proved himself as a force to reckon with in the politics of Enugu State and Nigeria at large.
Using his mantra of “Ebe ana Eje” he single handedly challenged the then incumbent governor Chimaroke Nnamani and wrestled him to a standstill.
An election most political analysts believed he won, if not for the massive rigging experienced during the election.
For the avoidance of doubt, all core politicians in the State knows his strength and capacity very well.
This is exactly why the PDP Stakeholders in the State are jittery and determined to destabilize and remove him from the seat.
Unfortunately and ironically, it’s most regrettable that some party men and women who are paid agents have allowed them selves to be used as agents of destabilization.
The South East party caucus and national party executive must not allow this anomaly to stand.
We must work collaboratively and assiduously to deliver our party from the hands of our common enemies .
Let’s give peace a chance and allow Barr Ugo Agballa to finish the good work he has started in the State.
While also apologizing to anyone who may have felt bad with my last publication. Obviously, you don’t romance your enemies in war front.

Signed
Chief Tony Amalu
