Dr. Blessing Agbomhere, a leading aspirant in the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the upcoming gubernatorial election in Edo state, has implored the party’s leadership to grant him their ticket for this year’s election.
In a letter addressed to Alhaji Umar Ganduje, National Chairman of the APC and copied to other stakeholders in the party, Agbomhere – who currently holds office as South-South Zonal Organising Secretary – stated that President Bola Tinubu is known for rewarding loyalty and dedication to the party; therefore, his request should not be deemed inappropriate.
The letter reads:

For over two decades out of my forty-four years on earth spent living within Nigeria’s borders – working across journalism PR edutainment developmental politics – I have used earnings from my profession to support communities individuals political leaders nation-building governance projects all geared towards common good among Nigerian citizens.
