The Nigeria Association of Women Journalists (NAWOJ), FCT Chapter has warmly congratulated Alhaji Alhassan Yahya Abdullahi on his election as the President of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ).
In a statement signed by the Chairperson NAWOJ FCT, Bassey Ita Ikpang and the Secretary Nkiruka Okeke, the group described the President’s emergence and that of Abimola Oyetunde who emerged as the first Female Deputy National President as a testimony of professionalism and dedication.
