It is a good thing that Trump doesn’t appear to understand embryology, epigenesis, human evolution and theology. If he did, he might have been more reluctant to categorically settle the conflict between science and God in the matter of increasing gender dissonance in today’s world.
He adopted explicit gender categorization as the policy of the US government in line with Biblical disposition on the matter … male or female and no other shades in between.
Nor are all those gleeful that Trump has finally put paid to the conflicting and vexatious issue of gender dissonance cognizant of his limited powers. Perhaps we should start from there.
The United States is a Federation of 50 countries and not “States” as the layman may choose to understand. It operates a Republican system of government wherein the Federal Government has explicitly limited powers. By design, the powers of the Federal government reach only to state boundaries in matters of social welfare such as this.
So, whereas Trump as Head of the United States Government can adopt the explicit categorization of male and female, States are free to recognize all shades in between and Trump cannot stop them.
Put it this way: you might find only male and female bathrooms in Federal Government facilities but if you go to a State Government facility, they may legally still have male, female, and transgender bathrooms.
So, Trump speaks for the Federal Government and not for the State Governments. The issue is far from settled.
As purely a matter of public policy, I tend to side with Trump but as a scientist, I would have left the matter alone.
Why? Because God formerly made them male or female for the most part but epigenetic pressure is bearing down on fetal development and increasingly, ambiguous, atypical, and dissonant genderization is becoming very common and raises the question of whether God still made them male or female.
God made it such that the presence or absence of Y chromosome determined whether one would be male or female. But that assumed that all the factors that determined a baby’s sex embryologically would be there to guide and forge proper gender development.
And that is where epigenesis and embryology conflate to mangle gender development.
The Igbos of South Eastern Nigeria believe that a child is the product of complex and careful alchemy forged by God in its mother’s womb.
Today, embryologists understand that gender dissonance and ambiguity can start right in the mother’s womb if maternal hormones and chemical factors do not come in at the right time and in the right titre in a complex and carefully guided embryological protocol forged by God through years of evolution.
Stated explicitly, a child’s gender is both genetic and embryogenic. Put succinctly, maternal stress, whether it is biogenic, envirogenic, or sociogenic in origin, can and does influence embryogenic sex development. Thus, the child may come out as genetically male or female but embryogenically different either in explicit ambiguity or chemotactic ambiguity.
In other words, we have major issues going on here. Women who are under severe maternal stress do not give birth to children in the way God designed the kids by genetic predisposition.
To be clear, maternal stress does not just affect child’s sexual development, it affects their neuro development and other developmental markers inside the womb.
In other words, gender dissonance is merely a subset of embryogenic differentiation dissonance that has a bearing on maternal stress. We are increasingly seeing neurological dissonance, cognitive dissonance, hormonal dissonance and all shades of aberrant dispositions that can be traced to embryogenic difficulties.
If Trump understands this, he will be less inclined to treat gender dissonance as mere aberrant product of perverse intents.
In fact, he would go further to understand and appreciate that kids nowadays are no longer coming out of the womb the way God designed it because of maternal stressor that adversely affect fetal development.
Trump may begin to see the sharp spike in autism and cognitive and behavioral disorders as embryogenically related to the sharp rise in gender dissonance.
When a woman has to work 40 plus hours a week from conception to child birth with all the anxieties and stresses of daily living, that is a whole lot of sociogenic stress that can affect the child.
If Trump wishes to do the will of God on this and other issues, then he should sit down and craft policies aimed at easing up on maternal stressors.
Nothing I have written above should be construed as a condonation of aberrant and perverse lifestyle. I believe that embryogenic factors that affect sexual behavior should be seen holistically as the same factors that affect other cognitive behavioral- aberrations making this matter more complex than simplistic categorization may allow. It really all starts from the brain development in the womb, arguably the most complex thing created by God.
Let’s help God turn out these brains the way he intended by lowering maternal stressors. Animals understand that stressed out women give birth to stressed out kids. That is why they take elaborate steps to prepare stress free environments for the females of their species to have babies.
Trump and indeed all future fathers reading this piece should understand that maternal stress can and will affect your child’s development.
