… Calls for Continued Prayer for Peace, Prosperity of Anambra State and Nigeria
Anambra State Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, on Monday, expressed felicitation and best wishes to the Muslim faithful in Anambra State and across Nigeria as they commence the holy month of Ramadan fast.
In his goodwill message signed by Mr. Christian Aburime, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor. Prof. Soludo stated that Ramadan, is a period of profound spiritual reflection, self-discipline, and heightened devotion.
He further disclosed that Ramadan offers a unique opportunity for Muslims to strengthen their connection with the Almighty Allah, foster unity, and extend compassion to those in need.
“This sacred month reinforces the timeless values of charity, empathy, and peaceful coexistence, which are fundamental to building a harmonious and progressive society.” He stated.
The Governor went further to assure that Anambra State deeply values the contributions of the Muslim community to the socio-economic dynamism of the state, encouraging all faithful to use this auspicious period to deepen their faith and pray for the continued peace and prosperity of Anambra State and Nigeria.
