- The Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria (HURIWA) has congratulated Comrade Grace Ike on her emergence as the first female Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ FCT chapter.
HURIWA, in a Congratulatory message signed by its national coordinator, Comrade Emmanuel Onwubiko, stated that such an achievement signifies a milestone to usher in a new era of leadership through innovative initiative within the council.
Pledging support for the new leadership, HURIWA lauded Comrade Ike’s vision of repositioning the FCT NUJ council through projects focusing on the welfare of members .
