…. Commissions St. Thomas Nkwelle Road In Oraukwu, Idemili North LGA
It was an exciting moment today 23rd April 2023 as the Senator representing Anambra Central Senatorial District, Uche Ekwunife, PhD commissioned St. Thomas Parish Nkwelle Road in Oraukwu, Idemili North LGA of Anambra State.
Commissioning the road, Ekwunife noted that she feels happy seeing the good people of Oraukwu rejoicing over the project and added that she has given the zone the best representation at the red chambers.
The Chairman Senate Committee on Science, Technology and Innovation described Oraukwu Community as God’s own people having been blessed with people of Goodwill. She maintained that the road project was in fulfillment of her campaign promise to the community in 2019.
The Federal Lawmaker further reeled out some of her Projects in the zone and stated that the Federal Agencies she attracted in Anambra Central Senatorial District are at completion stages and promised to where possible complete all the projects she started.

Appreciating the Lawmaker, the Traditional ruler of Oraukwu, HRH Igwe Barr. Emeka Onuorah thanked Ekwunife for remembering the Community and prayed to God to continue blessing the Lawmaker beyond expectations.
The President General of Oraukwu Community, Arch. Shed. Onwuasoanya extolled the Federal Lawmaker for the signature project and maintained that Oraukwu Community are lucky to have benefited from Ekwunife’s good service.
The President Ohaneze Ndi Igbo Anambra state, Prince Emeka Udodeme thanked the Federal Lawmaker for completing the road, adding that when the road was flagged off she never doubted the Senator’s capacity to complete the project because her achievements at the Senate are numerous.
Dignitaries at the event include, the PDP House of Representatives candidate for Anaocha, Njikoka and Dunukofia Federal Constituency, Prince Emeka Eze, Former Commissioner of Education, Anambra State, Mrs. Uju Okeke, Former General Manager Anambra Physical planning Board, Chief Victor Okpoko, Ekwunife’s project Director, Hon Ify Chinwuko, Clergymen and others.
