In a remarkable feat of dedication, perseverance, and compassion, Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN) Africa has reached a milestone 30 years of spreading hope and inspiration to millions across Nigeria and Anglophone West Africa!
Comrade Ochiaka Ugwu spoke glowingly on the various impact CBN had effected on Nigeria at large. He however urged that the organization be not dettered by obvious distractions that may come their way but continue in the impeccable record it has achieved in three decades.
From its humble beginnings to its current status as a leading voice in faith-based broadcasting, CBN Africa’s journey is a testament to the transformative power of media and humanitarian work. With a slew of life-changing programs like Superbook, 700 Club Nigeria, and Flame TV, CBN Africa has consistently provided a platform for stories of faith, redemption, and triumph, entertaining, educating, and uplifting millions!
According to CBN Regional Director, Dr. Felix Oisamoje, CBN Nigeria started with only seven (7) staff and have since grown to over a hundred with commendable milestone achievements to point at.
CBN said it’s programs so far had been offered to TV stations in the country free of charge despite the challenges of finances it faces.
CBN Africa’s humanitarian arm, Operation Blessing, has been a beacon of hope for countless individuals and communities ravaged by disaster, poverty, and conflict. From providing clean water to conducting life-changing surgeries, CBN Africa’s humanitarian work has restored dignity and hope to those who need it most!
As CBN Africa celebrates this monumental milestone, its Regional Director, Dr. Felix Oisamoje, vows to continue making a difference in the lives of millions, saying, “We will not rest on our oars or plateau in our accomplishments. There is much ground to cover, more families to strengthen, and more communities to transform!”
