Our Military Is Sacrificially Hardworking!

Our Military Is Sacrificially Hardworking!

By Professor Echefuna’ R G Onyebeadi

No doubt, our military is really working very hard despite the various challenges they contend with everywhere.

However, the efforts of the military will only yield very little or no results for as long as they continue to chase the shadow instead of substance.

All those being taken out presently are largely those that really have nothing to live for and/or nothing to lose; who are easily replaceable by the criminal Cabals!

Our unjust society has wittingly and/or unwittingly provided very fertile but unfortunate environment for the recruitment of those being used to commit heinous crimes against humanity and the country by those that profit immensely from the crimes.

The real culprits are those sponsoring the less privileged to commit all manner of crimes.

So, these criminal overlords must be quickly fished out from their palatial dens and decisively dealt with!

When all those concerned start going after the real oil/solid mineral theft Cabals, no matter how highly placed, and the sponsors of terrorism within and outside the country, the narrative will change for good.

When their heads are cut off, just like was done to the proverbial Goliath, their bodies (ie their easily replaceable field lieutenants) cannot and will not stand!

The military should also look inwards more, to quickly flush out saboteurs within, including all those recruited into the military and Police as “repentant” boko haram terrorists by the immediate past regime of PMB.

So long as the military continues to harbour these internal miscreants and saboteurs, so long will their efforts amount to nothing.

For as long as our laws are differently applied to different people depending on the side of the divide they belong to, so long shall criminality continue to thrive and flourish against the overall well-being of our country Nigeria.
