The Senator representing Abia Central Senatorial District, Senator Austin Akobundu has sent greetings to the Muslim Ummah in Abia Central and Nigeria as a whole on the occasion of the Eid-El-Fitr festivities.
Senator Akobundu in his Goodwill message urged Muslims to continue to be guided by the virtues of peace, patience and perseverance.
“As our Muslim Ummah in Abia Central in particular and Nigeria as a whole join their counterparts from all over the world to celebrate this year’s Eid-El-Fitr, I heartily felicitate with them and pray that this Eid-El-Fitr which marks the end of the holy month of Ramadan will continue to inspire us with its lessons of patience, perseverance, charity, generousity and harmonious living. And may it bring us peace, joy, and prosperity.
“Once again, Happy Eid-El-Fitr!” the message concluded.
