Anambra State Governor Chukwuma Soludo has commended the Innoson Vehicle manufacturing company for its contributions to the local economy.
Governor Soludo who highlighted the company’s economic benefits visited the Innoson vehicle manufacturing plant in Nnewi with a team of government officials, business community representatives, and local leaders while reiterating his commitment to supporting businesses in the state.
Speaking during the visit, Governor Soludo praised Innoson for its contributions for the local economy, encouraged and support the company’s efforts towards boost on job creation and the economic growth in the region.
In his word, “I am delighted to visit this manufacturing plant today and see firsthand the impressive work that is being done here. This company has been an important part of our state’s economy for many years and has created many jobs for the local people. I am committed to ensuring that we continue to provide a business-friendly environment that encourages companies like this to grow and thrive.”
He also commended Chief Innocent Chukwuma for believing in Nigeria and Anambra State by expanding operations despite concerns about insecurity.
The Governor highlighted ongoing road projects in Nnewi while calling on young people still hiding out from society to join forces with his administration towards building a new Anambra.
Earlier in his address Chief Innocent Chukwuma whose address was read by Obinna Chukwuma, welcomed the Governor’s visit and thanked him for his support.
“We are happy to introduce our new expansion site, dedication to manufacturing CNG/LNG. The expansion signifies not just boost in production but also a surge in employment opportunities, underlining our commitment to local content development and economic growth”.
Local leaders and business owners welcomed Governor Soludo’s visit as a positive step towards boosting economic development and providing opportunities for residents.
