Tragedy, As Bandits killed An Army Captain in Active Service

Bandits have killed Nigerian Army Captain, Ibrahim Yohana, cutting short his life and carrier while in active service.

Announcing his death through Nigerian Military Gallery, Yohanna was described as both a fallen hero and a dedicated officer of the Nigerian army from Kaduna State.

According to them, “The news of his death comes just nine months after his wedding, leaving his family, friends, and colleagues in deep mourning.

The late Captain who was known for his bravery and commitment to serving his country, was hailed as a hero by those who knew him’.’

The army continued, “His untimely death is a painful reminder of the dangers faced by members of the Nigerian military in their relentless fight against the growing security challenges in the country.

A close friend remarked, “reflecting the deep sense of loss felt by all who were touched by Yohana’s life and service, shows that another great hero has fallen.

“His family, still reeling from the joy of his wedding just months ago, is now grappling with the overwhelming grief of losing a beloved son, brother, and husband.

While paying tributes to one of their lost officers, colleagues of Captain Yohana further described him as an exemplary officer who was dedicated to his duty and always willing to go above and beyond to protect the lives of others.

His death is not just a loss to his family and friends, but to the entire nation. RIP, they said.
