If possible, avoid alcohol or drink the ones from natural sources moderately. Drink enough water daily, don’t smoke, prioritize quality sleep daily, and don’t believe the notion that rich people don’t sleep well.
By following the aforementioned habits, you will have a stronger immune system, a healthier heart, and a robust cardiovascular system. Ultimately, you will be healthy and fit to enjoy life.
